Week 4 Reader's Response

After analyzing your main character in a closer manner, you should now be able to compare and contrast that character with the main character from the class read. In an H-chart or in paragraph form, compare and contrast these two characters. Determine which one you identify the most with and why.

Maintaining a book blog is an important part of your reading grade this year. It is important for readers to share what they are reading. Reading generates emotions, gives us new ideas and new ways of thinking about the world around us. Discussing what you are reading with other readers is a valuable way to talk about how your reading is going, getting different perspectives and sharing your thoughts and opinions about your book. Make sure that you are choosing 2 other classmates book blogs to follow so that you can help them with talking about what they are reading as well!

The book that I am reading is the cat ate my gym suit by Paula Danziger and I really like this book because it funny to read. This are the things that they are the same and the things that they are different and they are the same a little form each other. I think that I am more like  Marcy  form The cat ate my gym suit because I am going to o be thirteen years old. I am going ninth grade. But at the same  time a think that I don't really am like Marcy because she look like a baby and I don't look like a baby also she never had a friend and I have lot of friends to take to . Also some other things are that Marcy is not poor me other I am not poor but I am not rich ether because I have clothes to wear I have my own room I have a T.V in my room I Marcy as the same things to so were a little the same to each other.

Understanding your character is a good way for you to really get into your book and see from another person's perspective. In your response this week, describe your character. Think about and discuss:

-1. your main character's personality

- 2. how they act/behave

- 3. what they look like

- 4. how old they are

- 5 what sort of education do you think that they have

- 6 who their friends and family are

- 7 what their financial (money) situation is

- 8 and what their job is (if they have one).

  The book that I am reading is The cat ate my Gym suit and it's by Paula Danziger. So far I really like this book because it is a good book to read and also I think it is just good for me to read. The question of the week is that we have to talk about our charter in our book that we are reading. The Charter in my book is Marcy Lewis. She is in the ninth grade and she is thirteen years old. Marcy is a girl that goes to the school Dwight D. Elsenower Juunior high. In the book it also says that Macry hates her father she hates school and she hates being fat I found that in pg#1. I think that she really hates his father because his father didn't help Marcy with anything that Happen in Macry live at school.

  In the book Macry Lewis says that she looks like a baby. All my life I've thought that I looked like a baby blimp with wire frame glasses and mousy brown hair. (I sell that in pg 1.) The other thing that I now about Macry that I have read the book is that she is not poor that what she says out of the book in pg 2 she says that she not poor because in pg 2 it says that I know I am not poor. Nobody beats me. I have clothes to wear,my own room a stereo a TV, a push button phone. Macry shine because she didn't take to no one in school and also because in her school think that She is wared.

The book that I am reading is The cat ate my gym suit by Paula Danziger. I really like this book because it is just rate for me it is not that hared and it is not to easy so int is just prefect for me. I think that a new tittle for these book will be Hate my life I will name this book that because  she doesn’t like her school she don't like her father and she does not like to be fat. The other book name that I will but is Life is  like hall I will name a book this because she hates her life and everything else that why I will name the book that. In the back of the book it has 
a faze and it says these "Told with zest and good humor this is a good read"

The book that I am reading I Swiped and the publisher is Orca Book Publisher and the copyright date is in the United States, 2006. I think that the genre is mystery I  think that I now this because in the back of the title page in text it says "Trevor and his friend solve the mystery of the missing lunches and the stolen hockey book". The cover of my book that I am reading is really brit colors and the laters are hot pink and a girl is the covere is holding a yellow book and she wareing a hot pink sowater. The characters in the book that I am reading are Nick, Robyn, Cray, and Ms. Pringle. I met Nick in pg.1.
