We've been looking and studying how we relate to our characters and the real world around us. Now it's time to put yourself into your character's shoes. Thinking about the main character of your book, consider what you would do in their situation.  1. What would your reactions be? 2. How would you handle the situation? 3. What would you do differently? Be sure to use complete sentences and EVIDENCE to support your thinking. Remember, if you need help, stay after on Tues. & Thurs. to get help.  


The book that I am reading is Spoild Rotten by Dayle Campbell Gaetz and the book is about Jessica is spoild becuse of his dad and shse says some she didn't like and his dad not do it but now Jessica does want to mary Patti.Jesscia doesn't want to have a step siter and step mom.A indude theme form my book is my connectin to this book is that I have a couison that is spoild to becuse her dad gives her athings she want from the store but she grt made becuse some times her mom say no.

 As we are reading poetry and looking at various parts of poems, can you notice some of the same figurative language in your independent reading?  The book that I am reading is Spoiled Rotten by Dalye Campbell Gaet. I am likeing the book but than I had to read the own book agin becuse I didn't  get what the book was about so than I just read the book aing and than I aderste the book a lot more. one question I have for Jesscica is why she did want hia dad to mary Patt and why she didn't want a step mom and  a step sister. Jissica text his dad and sade "Hey dad It isn't to late you can still get out of it and say no'.

I fide a simile in my book it was in pg 2 and it says the step forested hillside dropper away to a sea as blue as the sky.I think that is a smile because it comparison sea to the sky and because it says the word as in it. I also fide a hyperbole and it  some times he takes forever to get words out of his mouth in pg 2. I think that a hyperbole because it an exaggerati and get says the word he take for ever.

The book that am reading is Spoiled Rotten by Dayle Campbell Gaetz. What happen in the book is that Jesss didn't want his dad to mary Patt becuse she has a daughter. She also say's "This year there's you me ,your precious Patti and her snotty little daughter.I think this book is named this becuse Jess lifes with his dad and his dad do what Jess whats.

If I put my charters shoes I want like to have a stepsiter or stepmom. I will be just like Jess I want like them ether. I tell my dad not to mary her. And alsos I get my dad angry becuse I want like them.

The book that I am raeding is In Isaland for two and the author is Mary Annne Wollison. The Characters in my book are Daniela, Nicoke,Jewell and Serena. The setting in the book is camp in a Island like in pg 16 they are in camp and pg 6 thero pg 16 they at home and soppeing.  The plot of the book is the main probkem is thet Daniela,Nicole,Jewell and Serena what  to a camp but Daniela and Nicoke. My character lives in the was  in present but in the frist pgs it was in the past.

The book that I am reading is An Island for two and the characters are Daniela,Nicole,Jewell and Serena. What happening in the book is that in pg.6 chapter 1 that they were friends since first grade and they are still friends. but than they are planning to go camping together in the summer and they look in the computer where to go but to go camping they need to work to earn money. but Daniela didn't need to work because her dad give her the money. So they want camping and reoommanys were through 4 girls and they didnt like Serena.

The book that i am reading is An Island for Two and t he ather is Mary Anne Wollison one way that there is anger and hate becuse Daniela express anger. In pg 39 in the picher they show that she is anger she is anger becuse she get a lot scaratning in her arms and legs. She is going to die becuse of the scarting. And they also show hate becuse Daniela and Nicole show hate with Jewell becuse Jewell taked to a girl that they didn't like. They also show hate with Sersnd becuse Danela and Nicole didn't want Jeing to serena.

I feel asleep when I was sleeping   I was dreaming in my sleep I was dreaming about being the own person in Colored. When I stared dreaming about that and I thought it was cool because the own person come on that is cool because you can get what you  want you can have want ever u want starting with the shopping  and other think I want to do. Also it is cool because it is for free!!!!!

                I can alos can life in 5 house I want to life in more than one hose because I think that is cool you can life in one house and than also I will life in 5 houses because there free and I like free think don’t you like free thinks.I also wasn’t house so big because like really big house because I think big house are assume.I will also drive because there will be no people and I can do want I want and I will do how to drive because it is my drama I can dame what I want to some times.A other think is that I can have my own plane I can drive and I can go where I want to go one wishes to go to my own California plane and than take my family to California and also to Mexican because I really wasn’t to go to Mexico and see my family there to.So I dreamed that I wasn’t back to Colorado put I feel a little lowly so I wish that my mom and dad and brother and sisters and can life with my hand than a day after it happen I was really happy because I was not that lowly no more. I thought that was cool but then I want to go shopping with some friend and I wish for that and it happen and I thought that was cool because than we can life it owe hose and have more cars and that is free and that is so  cool that we get that.after that we get bigger and we many a big party and i thiught that it was go to be borring but than i think a little and i get my plane and i goet my couses and take thamto the party and the live the party becuse is was so big and the never sill a party like that.

 My ook is about ryan's journal and that Ryan can take to her friend becuse ther father and mother didn't like her takeing to her friend. These is a book that I have not read but I think that it is a going to a good book for me becuse I think that it is good becuse the vido and becuse it is a journal and it is driffner from other book i readed.

The book that I am reading is Skeleton Creek and the ather is Patrick Carmen and I am omost find with the book I think that it is a good book becuseit has vidos and i think that this are really good viodo and some are really scare.Also I think that it is a littel hard but I tried to read it and some I tell my couse what that wrie is and than I get the book a little more. So now there is two character and they have somethink that they look the some is they both like to use the comperet to take to echther. Aother think is that they are both uobed and also that they both like scare think so they go th the cask of amountillado and they don't get that scare. I think that they dress with whare clother like all stars and like a dred.

The book that am still reading is skelton greek by Patrick Carman and I think it is  go good  so far i think it is a little hard so read still becuse same of the words are kind hard to read but I tried to read our some time I just till my couse to reasd the word I not do I will till my couse to help me with the word. The connections that I have to my book is that ryan has a journal and she put the things that are skrets with her friend and the person that is read the book and the connecton is that my couse had a journal like Ryans amd it had the bad thing that she will do and than she will writ the thing that she did. A other think that the world am liveing and I have aother connectin to the word am live is that my friend in the 5 grade she said that she sill a symbol that mean some thimg but I just now do what it mase she did want to tell me becuse she said her dad had  a tattoo bu she didn't what to till me what the symbol.

As we look into how our characters in our books are expressing themselves, how does that, in turn, make you think about how you express yourself?

The book that I am reading is skeleton creek By Patrick Carman Ryan express her self is being creeled out and some times i get creeled out some time like when I do not do my homework and the teacher but than I get so skared with the teacher.Also she get express her self by go to the house of grose by her selfe and that means that she did get schered and I will get really schered becuse I am really schered of the dark.Aslo Ryan express are self be makeing vidos and than send tham to his friend put Ryan tells her friend not to writ the things that she say to writ them.
